RapidHire Driver Recruiting Management Software has announced a series of software upgrades and new features.

Now, RapidHire has added a patent-pending reports system. Recruiters can select, sort, count and print driver reports by a wide range of criteria, without having to use programmer-oriented coding.
RapidHire’s new reports system and new mail merge and form letter capacity provides a powerful tool to continually foster relationships. The new RapidHire follow-up system tracks and reminds about all scheduled actions.
RapidHire has improved the recruiter’s ease in entering data while conducting the initial conversation with a driver. The company has added both high-speed pull-down menu selections and high-speed status entry to facilitate input with a minimum of keystrokes. Other upgrades include a notes screen, color coding of driver categories, additional information fields and reorganized layout on both the basic RapidHire and orientation screens.
RapidHire Driver Recruiting Management Software already has unique functions, including its USIS/DAC interface, which allows recruiters to immediately access driver employment history and driving records and its decision tables that automatically classify driver applicants. RapidHire’s exclusive iApp Internet Driver Application is encrypted and provides the level of privacy mandated by government regulations in obtaining data.
