OutBoxer scans outgoing email messages and identifies risk factors, such as offensive or inappropriate content and the unauthorized disclosure of personal or secret information.
According to the company, OutBoxer means “no more sender's remorse.” The company says OutBoxer stops bad email messages before they become a liability. It reminds employees what they already know and advises them what needs to be done. Like spell checkers, OutBoxer does its job when the send button is pressed, but before the message is sent. Employees have one more chance to go back and fix potential problems.
Audiotrieve says OutBoxer helps control unnecessary storage, personal email, chain email, MP3s and jokes. It also protects against breaches of privacy and various kinds of unlawful disclosure.
