Bay Area Kenworth Wins 2004 Kenworth Dealer of the Year

Bay Area Kenworth in Oakland and Sacramento, Calif., was named 2004 Kenworth Dealer of the Year

for the United States and Canada at the annual Kenworth Dealer Meeting.
The Kenworth Dealer of the Year award recognizes the top-performing Kenworth dealership that has excelled in many areas, including customer service and support after-the-sale. The award is based on Kenworth’s Dealer Excellence Standards and Kenworth’s Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
“This is truly a great honor for all of our employees,” said Harry Mamizuka, dealer principal for Bay Area Kenworth’s location in Oakland. “Our organization is all about teamwork and serving customers. This really is a tribute to the hard work, dedication and focus of the men and women of Bay Area Kenworth and Sacramento Kenworth combined with the support of Kenworth Truck Company and our local suppliers.”
Bay Area Kenworth was chosen for the honor from among Kenworth’s five Gold Award winners for 2004. Other Gold Award winners are Edmonton Kenworth (Edmonton, Alb.); MHC Kenworth (Springfield, Mo.); Tri-State Kenworth (Enfield, Conn.); and Truck Enterprises (Harrisonburg, Va.).
