CTL Distribution Inc., Mulberry, Fla., a National Tank Truck company serving the U.S., Mexico and Canada, has announced significant enhancements to its driver pay package
, including increases in longevity pay and revisions to the Quarterly Safety and Performance Bonus.
The changes will be effective Feb. 5, 2005.
CTL's Longevity pay schedule is designed to compensate drivers based on their tractor-trailer driving experience. With these changes, CTL has increased each longevity pay schedule stage and offers both current and new drivers joining CTL credit for all of their verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience. CTL's current tank truck drivers with seven or more years of tractor-trailer experience will immediately receive a 5% increase. The average annual pay increase for all of CTL's company drivers is between $1,500 and $2,500.
CTL company drivers will also benefit from an enhanced Quarterly Safety and Performance bonus and adjustments in specific flat-rated business. CTL offers a driver tuition reimbursement program of up to $3,000 and a new hire sign-on-bonus of up to $2,000. CTL also offers predictable and flexible family driven schedules.
