Harvey Brodsky, Managing Director of the Tire Retread Information Bureau (TRIB)will conduct a workshop on retreading at the annual convention of the National Association of Truck Stop Operators.
The show called “NATSO Show 2005: Map New Paths to Profits” is being held Feb. 9-11, 2005, at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.
The TRIB workshop entitled Understanding Retreading, will focus be on creating a profitable tire retread program. Brodsky will discuss how travel plazas and truckstops can establish quality retread tire programs by stocking high quality retreaded tires ("Cap & Casings"), along with offering effective tire repair and maintenance programs.
Brodsky will demonstrate how these programs used in conjunction with each other can provide a competitive advantage, generate new and additional business and become a profit center.
The TRIB workshop is being held as part of NATSO University, the association’s agenda of technology, business and employee management courses and seminars.
