The U. S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in Idaho has upheld the findings of a lower court in a case against Internet loadboard Getloaded.com.
Getloaded.com had asked the appeals court to overturn the lower court fines of $510,000.
The original suit was brought by a competing Internet load board, Internet Truckstop, which claimed that one of its former employees had improperly provided Getloaded.com with customer data and other proprietary information obtained from the Internet Truckstop site.
