Stonepath Logistics, Philadelphia, Pa., announced it has been officially validated as a member of the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism
(C-TPAT) program.
Stonepath is one of 320 companies that have been officially validated. To date, 3,208 of 6,874 participants have been certified and are awaiting validation.
Stonepath Logistics International Services Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Container line, received validation as a customs broker, airfreight consolidator and ocean transportation intermediary, verifying that proper supply chain security measures have been implemented. Validation authorizes Stonepath to receive C-TPAT benefits, including a reduced level of cargo exams.
