CFI, an international truckload carrier based in Joplin, Mo., has announced the monthly driver award recipients for July:
-- Company Driver of the Month: David Graham, who started driving with CFI in 2000. He resides in El Paso, Texas.
-- Company Team of the Month: William "Greg" and Vicki Quattlebaum live in Whitesboro, Texas.
-- Contractor Driver of the Month: Roberto Silva, who resides in Brownsville, Texas. He joined the team at CFI in 2000.
-- Contractor Team of the Month: William and Victoria Bumgardner, who live in Boerne, Texas.
As the July 2004 winners, each driver and team is automatically nominated for the 2004 year-end award in their respective category. All full-time over the road drivers who have been certified as a driver at CFI for one year are eligible for the CFI driver awards.
CFI, founded in 1951, operates 2,500 tractors and more than 6,500 trailers, and transports a variety of goods throughout the contiguous United States and Canada.
In addition to its Joplin headquarters, CFI operates four terminals. CFI and its subsidiaries have 37 sales offices throughout North America and employ more than 2,700 people.
