TallyGenicom, Chantilly, Va. has debuted its MIP360 Vehicle Printer designed for route delivery and other mobile applications.

The MIP360 has a 15,000-hour MTBF (mean time between failures), 400 million character print head life, and printer ribbons that can last up to six months in typical route delivery applications.
The MIP360 vehicle printer is suited industries such as food and beverage, wholesale auto parts, janitorial supplies, warehousing and public safety operations.
The MIP360 prints up to 432 characters per second. Its 24-wire print head produces clear text and graphic output on up to four-part continuous and single sheet forms. The printer supports a variety of emulations including IBM Proprinter X24e and Epson ESC/P2. It has three standard configurations for compatibility with route accounting and other mobile system applications, including Bluetooth and RS-232 serial, 802.11 wireless Ethernet and RS-232.
