Alaplex Transportation Inc. has announced a new recruiting bonus program geared toward its auto transport division.
All current Alaplex drivers and owner-operators can earn from $100 to $1,000 for each qualified auto-transport driver they refer that is employed by Alaplex for a total of $1,100 for every driver who stays six months.
The new bonus program began as a way to get current drivers involved in the recruiting process, said Don Brown, safety director for Alaplex Transportation. The program is simple and the reward money can increase over time as the referral begins driving.
The new bonus is open to all current drivers and owner-operators, and applies to referrals of experienced auto-transport drivers only.
