Quadrant is a mobile communications and operations management system.
Among the new services are the enhanced landmark features and reports. Landmark-to-landmark drive time reports provide a database Quadrant uses to predict arrival times. Landmarks can be defined and assigned by individual vehicle, group or companywide.
Other key services and functions include:

-- Scheduled reports by email or FTP (File Transfer Protocol, an internet file exchange method)
-- Geo-fence in-and-out reports
-- Enhanced engine data reporting
-- Customized mapping
-- Support for the Pocket PC 2003 operating system.
In addition, WebTech's flagship Mobile Data Terminal -- the MDT2000 -- now has an optional card swipe for driver identification functionality including the ability to enable ignition based on the driver ID.
