Lech Walesa Joins OrderPro Logistics Board of Directors

OrderPro Logistics, Tucson, Ariz., announced that it has signed an agreement with Lech Walesa, appointing him as an Advisor to its Board of Directors.

Walesa, former president of Poland, will provide expertise on matters affecting the OrderPro European Business Unit and business activities throughout Europe.
OrderPro Logistics provides freight management, on-site logistics management, process improvement consulting, claims management, private fleet management and OrderPro web-based logistics management software. The company recently acquired several transportation operations involving trade between the U.S. and Mexico.
Lech Walesa, 60, is a Polish laborer turned labor leader whose legendary struggles in the shipyards of Gdansk over 20 years paralleled and hastened the decline and fall of communism there. Walesa served as president of the fledgling Polish democracy from 1990 to 1995.
