Texas-based Rip Griffin Travel Plazas has reached an agreement with TMI, the parent company of the TripPak Express and TripPak Online document management services,
to deploy TripPak Scanning truckstop document services at its 14 locations in seven states.
Mark Griffin, president of Rip Griffin Travel Centers, said "TripPak Scanning at our travel centers will now enable our drivers to expedite their time-sensitive documents to their fleet for swift payroll processing and billing, with TripPak managing the original documents for immediate access at all times."
Scanning installations at Rip Griffin facilities are scheduled to be complete by the end of January, according to Mark A. Cleveland, president of TMI.
TripPak offers scanning solutions for fleet terminals, a centralized scanning service for outsourced document management and truckstop trip document image captures services.
