Melton Truck Lines has expanded its recruiting department with the promotion of Dece Bates to recruiter and the addition of two new recruiting associates, Stefanie Ryan and January Viel.
Bates guides driver candidates through the extensive recruiting process. Both Ryan and Viel will be responsible for conducting background checks on potential employees, as well as providing information to possible candidates.
Bates officially joined Melton as an Internet recruiting associate in January 2003. Prior to that, she worked for Williams Construction. Ryan came to Melton from Right Staff, where she was a staffing supervisor, responsible for recruiting and customer service. Viel joins Melton from Atlas Piers/Structural Systems of Tulsa where she worked as the office manager for eight years.
