The 2004 North American Truck Show will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center April 29 through May 1, promising more exhibits, products and services.
According to show director Greg Coughlin, the 2004 show will feature more than 600 exhibitors, including medium and heavy duty truck manufacturers, body and trailer companies and truck component and parts suppliers.
"The economy is poised for a boom," said Coughlin. "This is just the right time for truck operators and fleets from all vocations to gather the information they need to take full advantage of the upturn. The North American Truck Show provides attendees with a fun, friendly and relaxed environment where they can learn about the latest products, services and trends that can improve their bottom lines and drive their success."
The convention center is located on Pratt Street on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and is easily accessible. Plenty of attendee and exhibitor parking spots are available at Camden Yards, and big rigs can park for free.
Admission to the event is also free. Tickets are available online at www.truckingexpo.com, or by calling (800) 225-1577.
The show floor will be open to all attendees from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, April 29; from noon to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 30; and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 1.

Now in its 32nd year, the North American Truck Show, produced by Boston-based North American Exhibitions, draws attendees from all over North America and several other countries.
Attendees represent a range of truck industry market segments from for-hire to construction. Following the 2004 show, the event will return to Boston in 2005 and will continue alternating between the two cities. All shows are scheduled during the first week of May and will attract visitors from Maine to North Carolina.
The Baltimore Convention Center, which features 300,000 square feet of exhibit hall space, is located off of Interstates 83 and 95, between Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
The Center is connected by skywalk to several major hotels and is surrounded by tourist attractions and shopping facilities. It is located only eight miles from Baltimore-Washington International Airport and is easily accessible by car and Baltimore’s Light Rail system.
