Integrated Decision Support Corp., Richardson, Texas, has acquired TransSoft Corp., a Washington-based truckload fleet management software company.

The TransSoft Suite is a resident AS/400 system that provides real-time management of hours of service. It also offers load event monitoring, such as appointment scheduling, late arrivals and departures, detention time notification and tracking, unscheduled stops and excessive delays and off-route miles.
The TransSoft Suite provides exception-based alert notification and seamlessly integrates with most mobile data communications, routing and fleet management software systems.
Integrated currently provides decision support and optimization software for the truckload industry.
