The Truckload Carriers Assn. (TCA) has rescheduled today’s audio conference, "Implementing the New Hours of Service Rules" until Oct. 28.
TCA and the industry experts who were scheduled to speak today said it was necessary to postpone the audio conference as the industry waits for further clarification from FMCSA on the sleeper berth portion of the rule.
The audio conference will now be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (EST) on Oct. 28 in order to deliver the most up-to-date information on the new rules.
TCA will automatically transfer those currently registered for the seminar to the new date and time. For those who cannot listen in on Oct. 28 a refund check or credit to a credit card can be obtained by calling (800) 775-7654.
