Wireless communications and software provider Datatrac Corporation, Atlanta, Ga., has announced the appointment of Chris Moss to the newly created position of Vice President of Implementation.

According to Datatrac, Moss will be responsible for the development and implementation of enhanced service and support programs.
Most recently, Moss was founder and managing principal at The Ashtree Group, a national consultancy serving application software and technology providers, where he specialized in helping companies reengineer and grow their implementation, education and customer support practices. Prior to The Ashtree Group, Moss directed several reengineering efforts that improved the overall customer experience for E3 Corporation, and inventory management and logistics provider for the wholesale and retail industries. Moss also held several appointments within Andersen Consulting's Software Solutions Group, including the management of distribution and manufacturing software and the company's Warehouse Management Solutions Group.
Moss is a native Georgian and earned a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and a MBA from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
