A truck driver was seriously injured in a Monday accident involving two semis and a train in Detroit Lakes.

The accident occurred shortly after 6:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 10 when a semi driven by Matthew Lanoue, 35, was struck by another semi and a train.
The Becker County sheriff's office said Lanoue was attempting to enter Highway 10 from a frontage road. His truck was on the tracks when the stop arms of the train crossing began to lower.
Lanoue tried to enter the highway and was hit by another semi. The truck ended up back on the tracks and was struck by an eastbound Burlington Northern Santa Fe train.
The driver of the second truck was treated and released.
The accident temporarily closed both lanes of the highway in northwestern Minnesota.
