Kenworth Designates Spicer Steer Axles Standard on Class 8 Trucks

Dana Corp., Toledo, Ohio, has announced that Kenworth Truck Co. will
offer the Dana Spicer E-1202I steer axle series as standard equipment for its North American Class 8 commercial vehicles.

Dana Spicer E-1200I series steer axles were previously standard on Kenworth trucks, and the newly improved E-1202I series is now standard. Available axle models include the Dana Spicer E-1002I, E-1202I, E-1322I, and E-1462I steer axles for use on Kenworth class 8 vehicles. Dana Spicer E-1202I series steer axles are assembled in Dana's Humboldt, Tenn., and Toluca, Mexico, facilities for Kenworth's facilities in Renton, Wash.; Chillicothe, Ohio; Ste. Therese, Quebec, Canada; and Mexicali, Mexico.
