Flying J Inc., a Utah-based highway hospitality corporation, has appointed JJ Singh vice president of financial and communications services.

In this new position, Singh will be directing select businesses within Flying J to provide package of financial, information and communication services to truck fleets and owner-operators.
Singh holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Calgary, in Alberta, Canada, and a master’s degree in business administration and finance from Canada’s McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
Prior to joining Flying J, Singh held positions of increasing responsibility with Imperial Oil Ltd., a subsidiary of Exxon Corp. in Canada. During the past five years, he has worked for C.H. Robinson Co. of Minneapolis, Minn., and most recently in the capacity of president of T-Chek Systems Inc.
