Maintenance software provider Arsenault Associates Inc., Atco, N.J., has introduced Virtual Visit, an enhancement to its customer support services.
Arsenault Debuts Virtual Visit

Arsenault markets Dossier software and 24/7 Fleet Online, an ISP (Internet Service Provider) version of Dossier.
According to Arsenault, Virtual Visit software enables a support technician to directly access a customer’s computer remotely. The technician then can quickly diagnose and correct problems, without having to walk a customer through various diagnostic operations.
The computer being diagnosed must have an Internet connection.
