The Tire Retread Information Bureau (TRIB) will be distributing nearly 55,000 brochures about the importance of truckers maintaining proper tire air pressure.
The brochure is titled, "What Are The High Costs Of Low Air Pressure?" and it is part of the "Ask The Tire Doctor" series of brochures that originally appeared in "Real Questions, Real Answers," the tire topic magazine from Bridgestone.
Bridgestone/Firestone is also underwriting a portion of the costs that will be incurred by TRIB.
The TRIB brochures will be distributed at 109 locations in North America during the CVSA Roadcheck 2003, which will take place June 3-5, 2003.
