Members of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Assn. are eligible for incentives valued at up to $2,500 on the purchase of select new Peterbilt vehicles,
Peterbilt Motors Co. has announced.
OOIDA members will receive a $1,000 cash rebate and a choice of a complimentary TruckCare Preventive Maintenance program (a $1,500-plus value) or up to $1,000 of chrome accessories, when purchasing either a Peterbilt Model 379 in a 127-inch BBC configuration with a 63- or 70-inch sleeper, or a Peterbilt Model 387 in a 120-inch BBC configuration.
"OOIDA and its members are effective advocates for improving the industry and championing causes for owner-operators. Peterbilt is pleased to offer these special incentives to OODIA members as recognition of their many accomplishments," said Peterbilt Assistant General Manager Dan Sobic.
"Peterbilt maintains a strong focus on providing products and services that help owner-operators improve their productivity, efficiency and overall bottom line. This incentive program will help OOIDA members experience that through Peterbilt's two premium, over-the-road vehicles - the Model 379 and Model 387 - and its comprehensive TruckCare Preventive Maintenance programs."
Sobic says the promotion is available for up to five units per valid OOIDA member. The promotion is available for vehicles in dealer inventory and new truck orders. Customers must take delivery on vehicles before Dec. 31, 2003. For full program details, contact the nearest Peterbilt dealership.
OOIDA is based in Grain Valley, Mo., and represents more than 90,000 members throughout the United States and Canada.
Peterbilt Motors Co., a division of Paccar Inc, manufactures trucks and offers a broad range of services for the over-the-road, construction, municipal and medium-duty markets.
