ADP Team Truck has announced the release of w.e.b.Suite2000, which it terms the first fully integrated suite of web-enabled management solutions for heavy-duty truck dealers.

"Our mission is to help dealers sell more trucks, parts and service profitably [and] w.e.b.Suite2000 does just that," said Roger Sybrowsky, vice president and general manager of ADP Team Truck. "In specific response to customer need, we have created a customizable web-enabled solution that addresses the variety of business challenges confronting our clients."
w.e.b.Suite2000 is a complete solution for all departments within a heavy-duty truck dealership, Sybrowsky said. Elements of w.e.b.Suite2000 include accounting, parts, service, leasing, rental, finance and insurance, customer relationship management, data archiving, manufacturer integration and network infrastructure.
Each module offers a robust feature-set that can be increased or modified according to dealership requirements. w.e.b.Suite2000 utilizes proven browser-based technology that can be delivered via an on-site server or remotely via ASP.
To further support different dealer requirements, selected elements can be combined and integrated with existing applications. Dealers can mix and match elements based on their specific needs. ADP provides a clear product roadmap that will help each dealership better understand their technology options.
w.e.b.Suite2000 will be featured in the ADP booth No. 224 at the 2003 American Truck Dealers Convention taking place in Philadelphia on April 12-14.
ADP Dealer Services provides integrated computing solutions to more than 16,000 truck and automotive dealers throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
