The Technology and Maintenence Council elected Tom Newby general chairman at its 2003 Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibit, March 11-14, in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Newby is director of field maintenance for Old Dominion Freight Line, Thomasville, N.C. He succeeds Duke Drinkard, vice president of maintenance of Southeastern Freight Lines.
