P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc. has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire for cash certain assets of McNeill Trucking Co. Inc.

Currently McNeill operates about 125 tractors and 220 trailers. Additional details of the transaction will not be disclosed until the transaction has been completed, which is expected within 60 days.
