The Automotive Parts Rebuilders Assn. (APRA) will host its annual Heavy Duty Brake Clinic at the Marriott St. Louis Airport Hotel in St. Louis, Mo. April 4 and 5.

The clinic is expected to be a jam-packed session, full of informative speakers and presentations for those in the heavy duty brake industry.
The clinic begins on Friday, April 4, with scheduled plant tours of Sunnen Products, St. Clair Diecasting and Precision Rebuilders.
On Saturday the clinic opens with remarks from Sandra Galvin Standley, the chairwoman of the Heavy Duty Brake Division, followed by Pete Kaburick, APRA's chairman of the board, and APRA President William C. Gager.
The program of speakers will begin with a representative from Sunnen Products who will present a honing and boring update. Nate Adams from Dale Adams Enterprises will follow with a presentation on sleeving processes. Chuck Lundberg of WABCO will speak on "The Future of the Heavy Duty Brake System." Gerry Cecil of Universal Underwriters Group will give an overview of his company's insurance program. And a representative from Loctite will give a presentation.
Wrapping up the program will be a Suppliers Roundtable that will include Clayton Tewksbury of Elder Rubber, Mel Jones of Accupart International and Carl Van Allen of Van Allen Enterprises.
