Teletrac, Inc., Garden Grove, Calif., has introduced FleetDirector On-Site, a new reporting feature for its flagship FleetDirector product.
On-Site provides customized reports that detail fleet activity at specific job sites, enabling fleet owners to better track productivity of drivers and vehicles.
FleetDirector is a wireless, real-time location information system for metropolitan area fleets. The On-Site enhancement allows fleet managers to enter customer, supplier and business locations. On-Site's reports show how much time vehicles spend at and traveling to each location.
Reports can list every customer each driver visited during the week or detail the actual site visit, noting the vehicle's time of arrival and departure. On-Site's Dynamic Location feature allows the status of a location to be updated and the vehicles assigned to it to be reassigned.
On-Site can be fully integrated into the FleetDirector eClient feature, which allows managers to see the status of their vehicles live on screen. Each On-Site location displays on a separate eClient map. Maps can change color to indicate the status of the location, whether the vehicle is on site or the job has been completed, for example.
According to Teletrac, On-Site reports can be accessed from any Windows-based PC connected to the Internet.
