NTE has implemented its NTE View solution for Target Corp.
NTE View is a new enterprise-wide solution that enables supply chain partners to submit ready-to-ship information electronically, allowing for more timely, informed business decisions.
The retailer has more than 1,400 Target, Marshall Field's and Mervyn's retail stores that will benefit from the web-based transportation application.
"NTE is helping us better manage our logistics function, streamline interactions with our vendors, and produce significant savings," said Steve Carter, director of domestic transportation operations for Target. "But the greater value comes in the form of enhanced visibility and control of our supply chain."
