Now the Truckload Carriers Assn.’s Truckload Academy and the Transportation Lawyers Assn. have teamed up to produce an audio conference on avoiding excessive DOT fines and sanctions.
The audio conference will be Thursday, July 25, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. eastern time. Participants will learn how to respond to a DOT compliance review, how to reply to the FMCSA Notice of Claim, and how to make your case to FMCSA. The speakers are members of the Transportation Lawyers Assn. and have extensive experience representing carriers in DOT proceedings.
