D&D Instruments, a Minneapolis-based gauge company, has bought the rights to the Expello/Stark air system product group from Horton.

The products currently available include both the pneumatic and electronic Expello purge valves, and the Expello Air Dryer, formerly known as the Stark Air Dryer, for the protection of compressed air systems on heavy-duty trucks.
D&D will also immediately begin distribution of the Expello ShopAir, developed for the protection of compressed air systems and tools in vehicle maintenance and manufacturing facilities.
Chuck Selby, the firm's president, helped acquire the products during his tenure as president of Horton a number of years ago.
