Arsenault Associates has announced the release of version 3.3 of its Dossier32 fleet maintenance management software.

The program is used by more than 2,500 fleets to control over 400,000 units. The new update contains more features that automate daily fleet maintenance administrative functions, helping fleets reduce their staff in effort to cut costs.
"Now more than ever, we see fleet managers struggling to provide quality fleet maintenance service with smaller maintenance staffs and operating budgets," says Charles Arsenault, the Company's founder and CEO. "Many fleet managers are buried in data, but starved for useful information. Today, electronically collecting and filing data is not enough. Technology should automate daily routines and scheduling to free up the fleet manager to focus on maintaining and operating his fleet effectively and efficiently."
Unique to Dossier32, the Daily Reminder feature automatically tracks and reports PM services due or past due, work that is pending, work orders in progress, parts in need of reorder, and parts on back-order. New enhancements include automatic notification of equipment license, registration, permit expirations and insurance renewals, mechanics certifications updates, and drivers CDL license and physical expirations.
The new automated notification of parts or service warranties while entering repair orders and the production of warranty labels will save time and increase warranty dollars.
Automatic benchmarking of average cost and time to perform a particular type of repair or component based on the fleet's actual repair history, provides the fleet manager with a simple and immediate way of measuring current performance of maintenance services and costs.
