U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Chattanooga, Tenn., has signed a multi-year, exclusive contract for outsourced scanning with TripPak Online.

For almost a decade, U.S. Xpress has offered its drivers the popular benefit of TripPak Express. Now U.S. Xpress has contracted for centralized, overnight scanning services operated by TMI, delivering high quality images, verified against fleet dispatch data.
“After all our testing efforts, our experience with both terminal and truck stop scanning and an exhaustive financial analysis, we just could not avoid the conclusion that U.S. Xpress is better served with TripPak scanning," said Max Fuller, Company Chairman and Co-President. "We have confidence in TripPak, their process is seamless, paperless and essential for our business."
U.S. Xpress previously had been a very public supporter of fuel desk scanning.
"In the last few years, U.S. Xpress thoroughly explored every conceivable option, from truck stop kiosk scanning to turning company records over to a fuel clerk," explained Mark A. Cleveland, executive vice president of TMI. "No big investment is required to leverage our expertise and integrated solution. U.S. Xpress will enjoy a truly paperless office when we flip the switch."
