Petro Stopping Centers announced the opening of a new Iron Skillet Restaurant at the Glade Spring, Va., location.
This marks completion of the second phase of construction to convert the former Cardinal Travel Plaza into a full facility Petro Stopping Center.
This new Petro travel plaza features eight diesel fueling lanes, four gasoline pumps, parking for 250 trucks and 40 cars, eight private showers, a Travel Store, a 180-seat Iron Skillet restaurant, game room, and television room. The opening of a new five bay Petro:Lube truck maintenance center this July will complete the Petro conversion project.
The Glade Spring Petro is located on Interstate 81 at Exit 29.
