Cummins Inc. is looking for a buyer for its Kuss Filtration business.
Kuss Filtration, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cummins Fleetguard, was determined to be outside the core strategic interests of Cummins and Fleetguard.
Kuss Filtration has been a leader in the development of filtration solutions for automotive, medical and consumer goods industries since 1949. Kuss is headquartered in Findlay, Ohio with a small operation in Quimper, France. It employs approximately 350 people with sales of $32 million.
