Bendix will offer its Air Brake Training School at various locations in 11 states across the country.

Tailored to both new and experienced technicians, the three-day program covers the fundamentals of compressed air, air system failure mode diagnosis tactics, and troubleshooting. Conducted by the ASE-certified Bendix team, this all-inclusive course incorporates description, operation and service elements for the total range of components found within dual air brake systems. Additional topics covered include antilock braking systems and new technology systems such as XVision. Various class exercises with hands-on experience are provided and participants receive a comprehensive workbook.
In addition to classroom lectures, operational air brake demonstration boards, cutaways and visual aids are incorporated to demonstrate the components and related systems.
The Bendix Air Brake Training School costs $200 per attendee ($300 in Canadian funds). All course materials are provided. Lunch is included when the class meets from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Transportation and lodging is the responsibility of the student. Dress code is casual.
