With the "Quote" option, customers can get detailed rate quotes with corresponding transit times. The new "Ship" feature enables customers to set up their expedited shipments with a few mouse clicks instead of a telephone call. Shipment information such as pickup and delivery times and shipment status - for current shipments or any ones occurring within the past 28 days - is also available.
Customers who register to use the Shipping Toolkit, consequently receiving user identification numbers and passwords, have access to many other functions.
