P.A.M. Transportation Services, Tontitown, Ark., plans to acquire East Coast Transport of Paulsboro, N.J.

East Coast Transport generated revenues in 2001 of approximately $32 million.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. is an irregular route, common and contract motor carrier authorized to transport general commodities throughout the continental United States and the Canadian provinces of Quebec and Ontario.
