C.R. England will implement TripPak Online's Enterprise software solution from TMI.

C.R. England, Salt Lake City, is one of the first fleets in the industry to install an internal imaging system. This agreement extends the emerging trend where leading refrigerated carriers are selecting outsourced infrastructure provider services from TripPak Online, according to TMI.
"It's the right product at the right time," said Keith Wallace, CFO of England. "We see this as a next, ideal step to drive our entire operation to higher levels of efficiency, allowing our Information Technology resources to focus on leveraging TripPak Online tools and the expertise they clearly have."
TripPak Online provides an end-to-end solution, a secure environment for outsourced mailroom processing, with trained document preparation technicians and highly integrated workflow software. TMI stores and can retrieve if necessary any paper document, the key to meeting shipper demands for proof of delivery and all related paper work, while their commercial scanning operations work overnight to capture images. TripPak Online certifies electronic documents, as a witness to the fact that each watermarked image is an original document, captured in a process that delivers an image that shippers accept as standing in the place of an original. These images drive invoicing, payroll processes and other functions that fleet administrators can view the next morning.
"Outsourced mailroom operations and TripPak Online imaging will deliver a competitive advantage by eliminating paper entirely so England can release audited invoices the day after delivery," said Mark A. Cleveland, executive vice president of TMI. "The idea is to fix your cost on variable activities like opening mail, handling paper, managing non-driver labor and infrastructure and do it without losing control of your shipper's documents."
