By integrating data from various vehicle components and specialized applications such as navigation and wireless messaging, IVIS, or In-Vehicle Information System, allows the display of virtually any type of current and critical information. This could include gauges and instrumentation, maps with turn-by-turn directions, even high-end multimedia and entertainment systems.
