TMI, which offers TripPak Express and TripPak Online document management services, has announced that long-term TripPak Express customer Marten Transportation, Mondovi, Wis., has signed up for its TripPak Online high volume document processing service
under a multi-year outsource agreement.
According to TMI, TripPak offers the only outsource infrastructure provider service with off-site mailroom processing and overnight scanning for secure handling of time-sensitive documents.
Sue Baier, Marten's vice president of information systems, said the goal is "eliminate rebilling by providing highly accurate invoicing with perfect supporting documents. TripPak's focus on image capture and data verification helps us achieve that goal, and we have the confidence of knowing we can always quickly and easily access the original paperwork."
The company expects to dramatically reduce time delays in billing, improve invoice accuracy and capture additional revenue from assessorial charges easily overlooked in the confusion of paper processing.
