Logistics technology company Logistics.com, Burlington, Mass., has implemented Onyx Enterprise 2001 customer relationship management software from Oynx Software Corp. of Bellevue, Wash.
The system provides one-click access to critical customer information enabling. According to its announcement, Logistics.com plans to run all aspects of its business through Onyx. Initially, however, the primary users are customer service, sales and marketing. Onyx Enterprise 2011 is built entirely with XML (eXtensible Markup Language) and other Internet-standard technologies.
