Williams Express has sold its 198 convenience stores to Delek-The Israel Fuel Corp.
Williams still owns its network of 60 travel centers, which it continues to build. An earlier published report that the travel centers would be sold was in error, a spokesman says.
The company had previously agreed to sell its convenience stores to Convenience USA, but Delek exercised a purchase option from an earlier agreement.
