Pilot Corp. has opened a travel center in Greeneville, Va.

The Greeneville Pilot Travel Center is located at Exit 213 off Interstate 81, at the intersection of Lee Jackson Highway.
This is the fourth Virginia travel center for Pilot, which also operates stores in Ashland, Ruther Glen and Troutville. In fact, Pilot's roots can be traced to Virginia, with the opening of the founder's first gasoline station in Gate City more than 40 years ago.
The new, approximate 10,500-square-foot travel center features nine diesel islands, eight gasoline islands, 11 private showers, an automatic teller machine, an Arby¹s restaurant and a T.J. Cinnamon¹s restaurant. This Pilot will have approximately 90 parking spaces for trucks.
Pilot currently operates 144 travel centers including Greeneville, and 65 convenience stores in 37 states.
