TMI of Brentwood, Tenn., parent company of TripPak Expressand TripPak Online, has announced two service enhancement agreements.

The first is with Scanware of Spring City, Pa., maker of LogScan driver lot auditing software. The other is with the TAM Group of San Anselmo, Calif., provider of Real Vision Imaging software to the transportation market.
TripPak Express picks up truckload driver paperwork from truckstop drop boxes and delivers them to carriers or to TripPak Online. TripPak Online digitizes documents, stores the originals and forwards the images electronically to carriers for billing or other action.
The Scanware agreement allows TripPak Online to scan driver logs as well as delivery documents. The service will identify logs by type, route their images and related documents to safety professionals for review and feed the LogScan software a high quality image for automated audits. Each log will be indexed with the load, trip number and other easy references for future retrieval within the TripPak Online data warehouse.
The TAM agreement brings TripPak services to users of Real Vision software on the IBM AS400 platform and TripPak Online becomes the preferred outsourced scanning provider for TAM client fleets.
According to the announcement, TMI scanning facilities in Wilmington, Ohio, are expanding to accommodate additional volume from existing users and TAM Group clients including West Side Transport, Ronnie Dowdy, Sitton Motor Lines and Empire Express.
