Dana has realigned its new Commercial Vehicle Systems Unit (formerly the Heavy Truck unit) to create the new Commercial Vehicle Service Parts Division and the Ride & Control Systems Division.

The Commercial Vehicle Service Parts Division, formerly the Drivetrain Service Division, plans to focus on global commercial vehicle service parts. It combines elements of drivetrain and undercarriage components, including Spicer drive, steer and trailer axles, brakes, driveshafts, universal joint kits, end yokes, wheel ends, and related parts.
Another new division, the Ride & Control Systems Division, will target the needs of original equipment manufacturers and commercial vehicle fleets. The new division provides components, modules, systems and services to enhance steering, acceleration, brake, and ride control to the on-highway commercial vehicle market. The division is responsible for steer, trailer and auxiliary axles, brakes, wheel ends, tire pressure management products, suspensions, and modular systems.
