MHC Truck Leasing, Denver, has been named PacLease North American Franchise of the Year.
It earned the honor as PACCAR Leasing Co.'s top franchise in North America for its double-digit annual growth rate.
The company has "done a tremendous job in their market," said Tim Henebry, executive vice president and general manager of PACCAR Leasing, noting that the Denver operation has experienced substantial growth since it built a new facility in 1995. "They have a well-deserved reputation in quality service and support, and it shows." They have a very loyal group of full-service lease customers and rental accounts.
MHC Denver has been successful for several reasons, the main one being quality, according to Sam Snyder, MHC Truck Leasing’s regional vice president. "We start by offering premium Kenworth equipment, which we custom spec for each customer's application. Then we back this with a very professional service department, which keeps our equipment running optimally for our customers."
Another contributor to its success, added branch manager Matt McGinley, is that all customers are well taken care of. "No matter the size of the account, we value their business and do whatever we can to make their operation better," he said. "For example, we conduct driver safety meetings specifically for our smaller customers that operate one or two trucks.
"We also audit ourselves," McGinley added. "Everyone, including our office personnel, is involved in randomly inspecting our rental and leased vehicles to ensure they are in top condition. We have extremely high standards for our fleet, which in turn creates a very satisfied group of customers."
