Celadon Group, Indianapolis, announced customers can now track shipments in Mexico as well as the U.S. and Canada using the Cela-Trac system at Celadon’s web site.

"Cela-Trac is a unique system that gives our customer the ability to identify exactly where the trailer is at any point," said Steve Russell, chairman. "The Cela-Trac system tells when a shipment is 20 miles north of Guadalajara or 40 miles west of Akron or Toronto. Cela-Trac is the only tracking system that truly extends a consignee or receiver's warehouse intelligence to the incoming trailer, wherever it is in North America."
Cela-Trac can be found on the web at www.celadontrucking.com/celatrac.nsf.
According the company web site, Celadon Trucking has handled more than 700,000 truckloads across the southern border. The company handles many movements for Chrysler plants in Mexico. Celadon Group also operates TruckersB2B, which offers discounts on the goods and services truckers buy.
