Schneider National, Inc., the truckload giant of Green Bay Wisc., has formally launched a new carrier Web portal at www.SchneiderCarriers.com.
At the site, more than 6,300 Schneider carrier partners can search for available freight various ways.
The search capability launched Oct. 1, 2000 and has been drawing 47,000 hits per week, according to a Schneider. Recent enhancements to the site allow carriers to post capacity as well as rates on loads that interest them.
The new site can also be accessed with a single mouse click from Schneider's corporate web site at www.schneider.com.
